Client Feedback Set
Your Own Stage Thank you very much for your excellent presentation “Understanding and Improving Cross-Cultural Interactions,” which you delivered to the Institute of Internal Auditors International Conference in Chicago. Among the 2,000 attendees from 75 countries who came to your session, we received numerous comments on how useful and insightful your presentation was for their personal and professional development. The professional training and consulting work which you do, in my opinion, fills a critical void in our workplace today. I was one of the lucky people to be in the thirteenth Business Etiquette dinner sponsored by Northeastern Illinois University, and was actually sitting right in front of you. I wanted to personally send you a note to thank you for sharing your vast knowledge with us. I learned things that I know will be exceptionally important once I graduate. Thank you for your patience during the seminar, there were a few disrespectful students, but you managed to impress everybody. Our fraternity was honored to have Ms. Gloria Petersen conduct our Fifth Annual Etiquette Dinner Seminar. Everyone in attendance was able to walk away feeling like they had learned something very valuable, something they had not been previously exposed to. I had many people come up to me after the event and tell me how beneficial the seminar was to them. Ms. Petersen’s presentation was very enjoyable and full of valuable information. Her enthusiasm kept everyone engaged throughout the entire event. It was truly a positive experience. Your handouts were thought-provoking. Most important, your just-in-time advice was helpful. I appreciate your kindness. You received fantastic feedback, both objectively and compared to other workshops. On a scale of 1-5, you received 4.57. The average overall workshop evaluation was 4.47. For many of our students, your tutorial dinner was their first introduction to particular skills that they will use for a lifetime. We know that our students, staff, and alumni thoroughly enjoyed the presentation and valued their participation in the dinner. We look forward to working with you again next year. I want to thank you for presenting at our sales and marketing conference. The survey results demonstrate that your presentation on “Business Presence” was very popular with our staff and I personally picked up a number of points that I have already used. Hilary and I want to thank you on behalf of the entire Six O’Clock Club for a fun and informative presentation! You certainly personify personal power, presence, and charisma. It was unanimous rave reviews from all participants. We appreciate your valuable insights and techniques and your energy and enthusiasm. Your attitude is contagious and everyone left feeling good and smiling and just a little more powerful. Thanks for a great evening. I just wanted to thank you once again for delivering a fantastic program on business etiquette and protocol. our informative presentation will be very useful to me throughout my professional career and personal life. our professional and approachable style made the presentation fun, and extremely useful. It’s not easy for college grads to make the transition to a corporate, customer-focused work environment. We wanted to give our new hires that extra boost of confidence that comes from knowing how to conduct themselves in a professional, business-like manner. The etiquette training module was very well received by our new hires, and all of our objectives were met. Our Information Security professionals at Aon thoroughly enjoyed your practical and engaging seminar on Professional Presence and we went home with a new perspective on everything from business etiquette to proper corporate attire. While we didn’t know quite what to expect beforehand, our reaction afterward was a unanimous thumbs up. We thoroughly appreciated your lessons, advice and anecdotes, as well as your bright, upbeat style. And we greatly appreciated your ability to connect with each person in the room, and your sincere desire to encourage our growth and improvement. Thank you, Gloria! Your Customer Service workshop has helped our staff to fine-tune those important soft skills that ignite and nurture the delivery of superior customer service. Your discussion of the development of customer service delivery from a historical and cultural diversity prospective has helped our staff to better adapt a user-friendly attitude and hands-on day-to-day operation. This was helpful because of the full range of both domestic and international student population. The role-playing exercise resulted in a better understanding of how to actually deal more effectively in our daily face-to-face interactions with students, parents, faculty, staff, and other professionals. Thanks again for working with our team. We look forward to seeing you again in the future. I just wanted to write and let you know that the University of St. Francis Etiquette Dinner (co-sponsored by UPS) won the “Event of the Year Award” at our Student Government Awards luncheon. Thank you again for all of the work you did in making this event a success. Thank you for a wonderful presentation on protocol and business etiquette. The feedback from last week’s seminar has been immediate and upbeat. Your guidelines have already yielded a positive effect on the quality of personal interaction and prompted us to order a copy of your e-book on CD for our office library. Your personal attention and willingness to assist us as we assemble an effective team is very encouraging. A successful workshop would be an understatement. People here are still buzzing around about it, thanking me, and putting in lots of bids for the CD you gave us. Thank you again for the great seminar you put on for our account representatives. Your customization of the agenda made the seminar more meaningful, the pace was perfect, the lunch tutorial was fun as well as instructive, and the feedback we received was excellent. Your keynote address was spectacular. I have received only positive comments about not only the breadth of your knowledge but also the method of presentation. In addition, I was able to apply much of your insight a week later when I was in Japan on business. My thanks come not only from Graydon, but also from a personal perspective. You are always welcome as a speaker at any of our conferences. Congratulations on your super program for Alpha Kappa Psi. You were the best I have seen in my four AKPsi conventions and regionals! I am a tough critic! Thank you for that well-organized, totally professional and properly focused session. Each of us benefited tremendously from our sessions with you. These benefits were manifested by many instances of respect and style demonstrated by those of us who attended your class, as well as those with which we have shared our knowledge.Secondly, you have ameliorated our sense of consideration for others. I have experienced less interruptions, more impressive introductions and, most importantly, more sensitive language in conversations with my co-workers. Every participant has told me that they will feel much more comfortable in the business setting as a result of this program (Professional Presence). The two most common comments have been your strengths as a presenter and the idea that there are “hard and fast” rules of etiquette which apply to all situations. Before Gloria presented, “Professional Presence” to our office, she meticulously garnered information about the widely varied job descriptions within our organization. She then tailored her talk to meet the company’s needs on what we wanted each department to learn. Attendance was mandatory and even those who felt they “knew it all“walked away excitedly talking about topics explored that opened their eyes.
