A confirmation number and seminar agenda will be sent upon receipt of your registration and payment.

Tape Recording
Programs are copyrighted by Global Protocol®. No audio recording or videotaping is allowed. Any digital photos taken by Global Protocol® staff will be available to participants upon request.

Handbook or Workbook with step-by-step instructions on how to use the information and certification of attendance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to 30 days before the seminar are refundable minus a 20% registration service charge (plus any credit card finance charges). Cancellations received fewer than fourteen days (two weeks) prior to seminar date are not refundable. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, a refund will not be issued.
Tax Deductible
Your tuition and travel expenses are tax deductible. All expenses for continuing education taken to maintain and improve professional skills are tax deductible according to Treasury Regulation 1.162-5 Coughlin vs. Commissioner, 203 F2d 307. Please contact your accountant for details.
